What to have ready

Having these details up front makes the first reply a useful one instead of a list of questions.

Vehicle details

The year, make, model, and body style set the panel template and the amount of film a job needs.

Two vehicles that look similar in size can take noticeably different amounts of work once trim and body curves are counted.

What you want wrapped

Say whether you are after full coverage, specific panels, a chrome delete, or removal of an existing wrap.

If you have a finish in mind, such as gloss, satin, matte, or a textured film, include that as well.

Condition of the paint

Note any rust, peeling clear coat, previous repaint work, or panels that have been repaired, since these affect whether film will bond.

It is better to raise a known issue up front than to discover it during preparation.

Artwork for commercial work

For lettering or logos, having vector artwork available makes layout on a vehicle template much easier.

If the artwork only exists as a small image file, say so, because that changes what can be reproduced cleanly at vehicle scale.

Timing

Include the dates that work for you and whether the vehicle is in daily use.

The vehicle needs to be at the shop for the full install and then left to rest before it is washed.
